Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the equipment in a hall or public park?
We are Happy to set up your event in a hall or park, however we will need prior approval by the council/owners to use soft play, bounce houses and bubble houses. Some venues and councils have strict requirements or do not allow this. We will also need to know if there is power available and close by. We have generators available to hire if there is no power source for our bounce and bubble houses. We also require someone to meet us at the venue at least 1 hour before to gain access and show us the area to set up.
What is your weather policy?
If you are having your event outside all of our equipment must be under cover or full shade. The equipment can get very hot and burn the skin. Please make sure of this as we will under no circumstance set up in direct sunlight. Please have a backup plan if your event is during the cooler rain months. We will not set up if it is raining or likely to rain. We will monitor the weather and winds and if we determine it is unsafe due to high winds we will not be able to set up any inflatables. This is for the safety of your children.
Are you insured?
Yes! We hold $10M public liability.
How is the equipment cleaned?
You’re Safety and Hygiene is our number 1 priority. Cleaning is very important and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and inspected before each event.
How do I make payment?
Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment but we also take all major credit/debit cards or cash. To secure your booking date a deposit of $150 will be due within 48hours of your booking. Your balance along with a $150 bond will be due 7 days prior to your event. Your bond will be returned via bank transfer upon collection and inspection of our equipment. (Alternatively the bond can be paid and returned in cash on the day of the event).
How long is hire, set up and pack down?
Our hire period is 4 hours. Additional hours can be booked for $49 per hour. Please get in touch for a quote on extended hire periods, night-time hire and corporate/council events. Soft play packages will take on average 60 minutes to set up and 45 minutes to pack down. Bounce houses will take 15 minutes and Bubble Houses can take 20-60 minutes depending on balloons. This time is allocated on either side of your booking.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is complimentary if your event is within 25km of Perth CBD. Please see below our delivery fees. Please get in touch for anything out of this range.
25-35km from Perth CBD $25
35-45km from Perth CBD $50
45-55km from Perth CBD $75
55-65km from Perth CBD $100
65-75km from Perth CBD $125
75-85km from Perth CBD $150
85-95km from Perth CBD $175
Please let us know if there is limited truck/van access, long walks to location, stairs or anything else that may slow down or hinder your event set up as this may incur additional charges.
Are your inflatables safe?
All our inflatables meet Australian safety standards. All equipment is inspected before your event and again once erected. Pegs and or sandbags are used to secure the inflatables. Safety is our number one priority and Inflatables will not be used if it is not safe to do so for example wet/windy weather, unsuitable ground etc.
Can we decorate the equipment?
Yes! Balloons in the form of garlands add a finishing touch to our inflatables but feel free to share any other ideas with us, we would love to bring them to life!
What age is your soft play, bounce houses and bubble houses suitable for?
Our soft play is suitable for 0-5 years. We have different size bounce houses that accommodate all ages. The Bubble house is suitable for all ages.
